ISULONG ANG BREASTFEEDING- TAMA, SAPAT, AT EKSKLUSIBO

Breastfeeding is one of the most essential factor in the nutrition of a baby. The nutrition coming from her mother will help in his/her health. The mother should be healthy enough in taking care to her baby. I know the fact that even just the smile of the baby can fade away the problems of our mother. Our mother loves their babies. Breastfeeding is very important. For babies who are less than a year of age is required to have breastfeeding. The milk of a cow is only for her baby likewise the milk of the mother is only for her baby. Breastfeeding should be RIGHT, ENOUGH and EXCLUSIVE for the babies.

The Right Time For A Change

To His Excellency of the Philippines,
First of all, I would like to greet you a nice and and wonderful day sir. I know that your task as the President of the Republic of the Philippines is never an easy thing. Media is interested of your love life and i know that should be avoided because it's your personal life. as a part of the youth today, i would like a CHANGE to happen. Change that will help us to become more aggressive and productive to become a Filipino citizen. We all know that JUAN DELA CRUZ is already suffering from poverty. Some are put to prison because of crimes and for sure some Filipinos do bad things just to make sure that their family will eat three times a day. I know that you can make a way to give jobs to my fellow countrymen. I also wanted you to have our country more schools because we are lacking of schools due to the increasing populations here in our country. I want you to do these changes and I hope that these will be granted. If not now, maybe soon. But as soon as possible, I want these to happen now. Thank you so much Mr. President and I believe that you will do your very best to make our country better than before so that my fellow countrymen will have a progressive life and be able to face problems come what may.
Thank you Mr. President. God bless you and have a good day!

                                                                                                                                  Respectfully yours,
                                                                                                                                  Trisha Mae Atud
